Cookie statement MJassets
General
MJassets uses cookies and similar techniques on its website. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your peripherals (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit this website.
We use some of the cookies that we place or have placed for the functionality of the website or to analyze the use of our website. We do not need permission for these cookies. For other cookies, we ask your permission, namely for cookies that keep track of your surfing behavior. Cookies only remember your preferences and interests based on surfing behavior. So they do not remember personal information, such as name, address and telephone number.
Below you will find a general explanation of the cookies and below the list of cookies that we place or have placed by third parties.
Overview of cookies
Analytical
- Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. The information obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google can provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. However, we have taken measures to guarantee your privacy: we have agreed a processor agreement with Google and the last numbers of your IP address have been masked. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained information for other Google services, except for Google Adwords if you have given permission for this. In that case, we can keep track of how effective our Adwords ads are. Google stores this data for 2 years.
- Hotjar
This cookie is used to gain insight into how you use our website in real time as a unique, anonymous visitor (mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity). With the information collected, we can improve the website and fine-tune how our site is used. Hotjar does not display and use IP addresses; data cannot therefore be traced back to an IP address. The cookies automatically delete themselves after 1 year.
- Google Adwords conversion code
This cookie is not used to collect or track personal data, but to measure the conversion between Google Adwords and Analtyics. Your IP address is used for this. Google stores this data for 30 days.
- Google Adwords RLSA
To keep track of how many and which advertisements have been shown to you (to prevent you from seeing the same advertisement all the time) and to be able to check whether you have clicked on an advertisement. Your IP address is used for this. Google stores this data for 180 days.
Tracking / Marketing
- Google Adwords Remarketing
To build a profile of you based on your visitor behavior, so that advertisements tailored to your (presumed) interests can be displayed. Your IP address is also used here. Google stores this data for 540 days. - Double click
DoubleClick uses cookies to improve advertisements. Users who opt out of ad personalization in Google’s ad settings will stop receiving personalized ads from Google.
Third parties
If third parties place cookies, their privacy policy applies to this. We kindly refer you to the websites of these parties if you want to know more about this.

Unforeseen cookies
We keep this cookie statement and the cookie list up-to-date as much as possible. The information is as complete and accurate as possible. Due to the functioning of the internet, cookies may have been placed that have not been mentioned. We will adjust the statement and list for major changes.
Delete or refuse cookies
If you do not want cookies, you can set your internet browser to notify you when a cookie is placed or even completely prevent cookies from being placed. As a result, you may or may not be able to make optimal use of all parts of this website.
In addition, it is possible to enable or disable specific types of cookies in your browser settings, such as cookies that keep track of password, login names and other preferences. Please refer to the settings of the browser you are using.
Most cookies have an expiration date. After that time, they will no longer register data about your surfing behavior. If you do not want to wait, you can delete the cookies before then. For this too, we refer you to the settings of your browser with which information can be found. If you delete cookies in this way, please note that these cookies have only been removed from the respective browser and from the respective device.
