MJ Assets was founded in 2018, for offering interim consultancy services in urban planning, project development, asset management and financial management. Our consultancy services are focused on close collaboration with all parties involved, resulting in a feasible business case. MJ Assets has worked with, among other, the City of Amsterdam, Royal Haskoning DHV, De Alliantie and Housing Association Rochdale.
MJ Assets’ interim services provide a proper approach of a project. With the latter, we focus on the assignment and like to bring people together through, inter alia, transparent collaboration and a mutual goal. We feel that a flat management approach and a low key attitude ensure an 80% success rate for a given project. Here, our motto is ‘you learn from failing or you fail from not learning, so keep on learning’.
